In my disability practice I regularly get calls and emails from potential clients who have not yet filed an application for benefits. Dear Jonathan: I have been putting off filing a disability claim because I keep thinking that I will be able to go back to work. I am a 48 year old woman, my career is as an executive assistant. I have not been able to hold a full-time job since 2002. I have been living with anxiety and panic disorder, in varying degrees, for most of my life, in addition to depression. I would like to file a strong initial claim and hope that I am not denied. I have been researching for a lawyer to represent me. I don’t want to work with a large firm. Your website has been the most informative that I have found. Are you able to help me file the initial claim?

I have an attorney , I am fixing to go in front of the judge soon and need t be totaly prepared and cant afford the 99.00 for the book , can you help me , I have several physical issues as well as mental emotional issues, I am so scared I can not loose because I can not work I see my Dr every 2 months and have all the papers on my issues and medications , but what is the things I can say to win my case , I am so broke and my father has been paying all my medical bills and is retiring and can not afford to help me any more , what all shoule I say , It is my back, 2 surgeries along ith Bellys palsy , and gastric rulcer and I am extremly depressed , I have social anxiety as well as COPD AND I take meds fr all these things how can I help my self at the hearing , I have an attorney I just want moree advice please Thanks so much Lori Hutton
