I had my payment stop because SSA said I was still working a getting payments this is not true I was reinstated in 2001 or 2002 was told there was a program that would let me try to work if I did this I was to tell them well I did this try as a city bus driver I work for about 6 to7 months top when I lost my job because of my disability I was told I would still get SSA well they stop payment saying I never used my ticket which was told they sent me one in 2004 well I never got it. and so I never used It why would this mistake take so long to reveiw and why did they not take a report or take paper work Ihat I try to give them my case is being reveiw by my local congressmen office and i though that when denied that if a request for appeal that somebody else would review my files this did not happen one persons was ddoing this my paper work is all ways saying attn angel Who has many of time refuse to put my medical report in my files had hearing appointment in feburay but was told to go back home files was being sent back to my local office because i needed to see a judge this msde no sense at all because I had seeded one in02 then receive a letter from a judge saying (I had no right to a hearing also my medical was stop have no way of paying for meds that would help kept me alive heart problems blood in my urine cant pay the doctors no money to support my self I have contacted my congessmen for help hard to get a lawyer because of the overpayment that they said they made which is not true I was not working what else can I do
