Jonathan Ginsberg responds:  If the only money in your account is from SSi, the a judgment creditor may not seize money from your account.  You should immediately discuss with your bank the fact that the contents of your bank account come from Social Security.  You should also notify the creditor that they  have violated federal law by seizing Social Security money.
